With 30+ years of therapy, business and coaching experience, she has helped thousands of people find solutions for complex problems, including strength and hope after divorce and breakups. She is the author of two parenting books and the mother of three adult children and Lala to little two boys, is engaged to the love of her life, which results in a blended family of 6 kids + mates, two grandchildren, 4 dogs and 1 cat.   She has been an entrepreneur for 30 years and recently completed an epic project called AMAZYOUary and is currently dedicating her work time to her company RISEilient Consulting and Coaching, a faith-based divorce and breakup recovery resource and retreat weekend.   When she is not working, she loves to travel, backpack, hike but most of all dance.
